Online Registration is easy. Carefully Read and Follow the instructions below.

Lakewood Little League  thanks you for your participation and support. We pledge

to give your child the best we possibly can to make their introduction into the world

of competitive sports and their continued development throughout their Little

League years, a positive life building experience.

 

1. Select your child's "Division" below in the drop-down box, according to their age as of May of 2012. (You be required to provide a birth certificate and current utility bill, on one of the sign-up days listed below*)

2. Once you have selected your division click "REGISTER NOW" If you need to register multiple children, you will be given the opportunity to "Continue Shopping" on the next page. You can add as many registrations as you will need, to your cart. Each time you click "REGISTER NOW" it adds another registration to your cart, so please review your information carefully before you check out.

3. After you have completed selecting your division(s) and adding it to your cart, you will be asked to "Checkout". On the checkout page you will be asked for your child's name. Please include all children being registered, as well as their ages as of May 2012. (You will be required to provide birth certificates and a current utility bill on one of the sign-up days listed below*)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE ADD YOUR CHILD'S NAME AND AGE AS OF MAY 2012 INTO THE "CHILD'S NAME" BOX ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE
